One of my very favorite subjects to photograph...newborns!

Usually sleepy, squishy little bundles with zero self-consciousness who have no problem going along with my many ideas!

Here's a recent precious little boy, born days before Halloween.

Beautiful Babies

Although these two were a little apprehensive about me ( like most little ones are about strangers), they couldn't hide just how beautiful they were!
Each had their own unique look, but it was obvious they were brother and sister. I think that is so cool!
We spent one of the last semi-warm mornings together..and here's a little preview.

End of Autumn shoots....

Its getting dark early now, and cold outside! This may well be the end of my outside shoots for the year before next Spring....and it was absolutely beautiful! This blue eyed boy had a lot of patience for me, and it the lighting was perfect.

Although I haven't shot in Royal Oak much lately, I think that I will have to keep it in mind for next year! It is unique, and beautiful, too.

Of course, such handsome boys make it easy.....here's a preview of the many, many images from this session!

Another Pretty Baby!

It seems that lately, babies are everywhere!

And, fortunately for me..I get to photograph the prettiest of them!

This little girl was so happy, and we were able to get sooo many nice images. This post doesn't even come close to representing all of them....but here is just a few!

Happy Little Girl

I have done a couple of sessions now with L., and she is always a delight! She has so much personality that shines through in her images.

Even though she was pretty tired while I was there, she was a trooper, and I ended up with so much.

THE SWARM!

Everything was set up for an unusually beautiful shoot...a gorgeous family, with two stunning little girls in dresses, even a sweet little pup. The park was stacked with autumn colored trees, and a river complete with bridge. There was only one drawback.....the MOSQUITOS. And I don't mean just a few...I mean, a swarm bad enough to turn someone into a human pin-cushion, chase-us-away-from-a-beautiful-setting bad. So, sadly, we had to rush across town to a more comfortable location.

Happily, this family couldn't photograph badly if they tried. So, here's a few from our rushed session..I hope the girls aren't still itchy!
